If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued.

By booking an appointment with Personal Tanner, you agree to the cancellation, deposit, late arrival and no-show terms set out in our Booking Policy.

6. Shipping

All product orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All returns and refund requests are subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Where a product has a fault, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or otherwise does not meet consumer guarantees, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, product names, images and designs, is the property of Personal Tanner unless otherwise stated.
