Shipping Policy
By placing an order with Personal Tanner, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Processing Times
​
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm Brisbane time, Monday to Friday, will usually be shipped on the next business day.
During promotions, launches, or sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer due to higher order volumes.

We currently ship within Australia only.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days Metro areas

Orders $150 AUD and over: Free
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days for metro areas

Orders under $250 AUD: $25.00

Orders $250 AUD and over: Free
Local Pick Up
Local pickup is free from Brisbane QLD 4170.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions, or other events outside our control. We will always do our best to assist if a delivery issue arises.
Authority to Leave
Orders may be sent with Authority to Leave / Safe Drop where available. This means the parcel may be left in a safe place if no one is home. If your address is not suitable for unattended delivery, please provide an alternative delivery address.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, Personal Tanner is not liable for loss or theft occurring after delivery. However, this does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply for redelivery.
Hotels and Temporary Accommodation
We recommend avoiding hotel or temporary accommodation addresses where possible. If an order arrives after your stay has ended and is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the parcel.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
