We want you to absolutely love your Personal Tanner goodies – but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
✨ Skin Care & Tan Products
Because of hygiene (and your glow!), skincare and tanning products can’t be returned if you simply change your mind.
But don’t worry – if your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you’re 100% covered under Australian Consumer Law. Just get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out.
🛍️ Hooded Towels & Clothing
Didn’t nail the size or just not vibing with your purchase? That’s okay!
You can return:
- Hooded towels
- Dresses, jumpsuits & other clothing
As long as:
- They’re unworn and in original condition
- Tags are still attached
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery
👉 Return postage is at your own cost (we suggest a trackable service). Once we’ve received and checked your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
