We offer free local pickup for eligible orders from Brisbane QLD 4170.

Pickup Notification

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection, including pickup instructions.

Please wait until you receive confirmation before attending for collection.

Pickup Timeframe

Orders should be collected within 7 days of receiving your pickup notification, unless otherwise arranged.

If you need more time, please contact us.

Identification

You may be asked to provide your order confirmation or photo ID when collecting your order.

Missed Pickup

If your order is not collected within the pickup timeframe and we do not hear from you, we may contact you to arrange an alternative collection time.

If an order remains uncollected for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a store credit or refund, less any non-recoverable fees where permitted by law.
