SPRAY TAN BOOKING POLICY

Booking Policy

At Personal Tanner, every appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change, but late changes and missed appointments affect not only my business and family, but also other clients who may have wanted that appointment time.

By booking an appointment with Personal Tanner in store, by phone, online or by message, you agree to the following Booking Policy.

1. Deposits and Booking Fees

For online bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total treatment cost.

Any booking fee or deposit paid is non-refundable, however it may be transferred to a future appointment where the required notice is given.

2. Cancellations

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule.

If you cancel with at least 12 hours’ notice, your booking fee or deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, Personal Tanner reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked treatment value.

3. No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice, this is considered a no-show.

No-shows agree to pay 100% of the total service booked.

Any deposit or booking fee paid will be forfeited.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.

Where sufficient notice is given, your deposit may be transferred to your new booking.

If less than 12 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee or deposit will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed later.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment you can log in to your member space and cancel up to 12 hours before if within the 12 hours  you must contact Karina at:

Notice must be given at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

6. Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Undercover parking is provided and please wait until your appointment time to park in there.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on availability.

If time is limited, the tan may need to be reduced to one coat only.

If you are significantly late and I have not heard from you, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

7. Studio Access

If you arrive and the front parking gate is closed, it may be because I am currently out on a mobile service and will return shortly.

8. Results and Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all pre-tan and aftercare instructions provided by Personal Tanner.

Personal Tanner is not responsible for poor tanning results caused by incorrect preparation, barrier products on the skin, unsuitable skincare or body products, friction, perspiration, lifestyle factors, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Personal Tanner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where necessary, including where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or unsuitable for treatment.

10. Agreement

By making a booking with Personal Tanner, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Booking Policy.
