By placing an order with Personal Tanner, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Processing Times
​
We aim to dispatch all orders within max 48 business hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Or if we are away (This will be in checkout before payment).
Orders placed after 1:00 pm Brisbane time, Monday to Friday, will usually be shipped on the next business day.
During promotions, launches, or sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer due to increased order volumes.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia only.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days

Orders under $150 AUD: $15.25

Orders $150 AUD and over: Free Standard
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days for metro areas

Orders under $250 AUD: $25.00

Orders $250 AUD and over: Free
Local Pick Up
We offer free local pickup from Brisbane QLD 4170.
You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, weather events, transport disruptions, or courier delays outside our control.
We will always do our best to help if an issue arises with your delivery.
Authority to Leave
Where available, parcels may be sent with Authority to Leave / Safe Drop. Australia Post describes Authority to Leave as a delivery option that allows a parcel to be left in a safe place if nobody is home.
If your delivery address is not suitable for unattended delivery, please provide an alternative address where someone can accept the parcel safely.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Personal Tanner is not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after delivery, except where required by law.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
Hotels and Temporary Accommodation
We do not recommend using hotels or temporary accommodation addresses unless you are confident the parcel will arrive during your stay.
If a parcel is returned to us because you have already checked out, additional postage charges may apply to resend the order.

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
